I always love his videos and I'm glad he is highlighting this issue. The challenge isn't always the teachers. Funding is based on those standardized tests and if the school doesn't perform they can't stay in business. So many teachers would love to change the system but the problem is much more systemic and needs to change much higher up the food Flamingo apparently we’re trouble when we are together who knew shirt. A person is not a failure and the system fails many kids. We need an overhaul of education and expand it to be responsive to the student's needs, different learning styles. And the evolution of society, tech, biz, and industry.
